My Story
There was a point in my life when my body slowed me down before my mind was ready to listen. An autoimmune diagnosis over a decade ago became the moment I could no longer ignore how exhausted I was, not just physically, but emotionally and energetically too. I had been pushing through, adapting, and giving more than I had to give, and my body finally asked for something different.

What began as a search for physical healing opened the door to holistic health and a deeper understanding of how stored emotions and long-held patterns show up as dis-ease in the body. I started to see how often clarity disappears when we’ve learned to override ourselves in order to cope.
For years, I felt worn down by careers and relationships that didn’t truly fit. I could sense when something was off, yet I often gave my power away by staying quiet, accommodating too much, or doubting what I already knew. It wasn’t until I began working with the nervous system and the body that things started to shift.

As I learned to create internal steadiness, emotions became easier to navigate and intuition felt clearer and more grounded. Healing became less about effort and more about listening. This work grew from that lived experience, and from years of supporting others in finding the same sense of steadiness within themselves.
My Values
My work is grounded, compassionate, and practical. I believe healing unfolds best when people feel safe, respected, and supported rather than rushed or pushed.
I value clarity over intensity, embodiment over bypassing, and practices that can actually be lived day to day. Spirituality, to me, is something that meets the nervous system and the body, not something that floats above real life.
My Approach
My approach is body-based and nervous-system-aware. I work with simple grounding tools, gentle mindset shifts, and practices that help create emotional clarity without overwhelm.

Rather than forcing change, we focus on building steadiness. When the body feels supported, insight comes more easily, boundaries feel more natural, and choices become clearer. The pace is intentional, the practices are repeatable, and everything is designed to meet you where you are.
A human note
Outside of this work, I stay grounded through time in nature, caring for animals, creative expression, embodied practices like kundalini yoga, and modalities such as sound and energy healing. These rhythms help me stay present in my body and remind me that clarity doesn’t come from force, but from listening, consistency, and care.
